Dr Anna Maciak is a Counselling Psychologist providing online psychological therapy for adults in English and Polish.
Anna is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She completed her Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw and her Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at York St John University.
Anna is also an appointed member of the Division of Counselling Psychology Committee, where she takes a lead on Physical Health.

Therapeutic Approach
Anna works integratively, tailoring psychological therapy to each person's individual experiences, needs and goals.
Her approach draws on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR.
