Online Psychological Therapy

BlueSky Psychology provides online psychological therapy for adults across Ireland.
Online therapy allows you to meet with your psychologist from a private and familiar environment, without the need to travel to a clinic. For many people, this makes psychological therapy easier to integrate into everyday life while still providing a consistent and confidential therapeutic space.
How Online Therapy Works
Appointments take place by secure video consultation. You can attend from home or another private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly and are unlikely to be interrupted.
You will need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space for your appointment.
Why Choose Online Therapy?
Online psychological therapy can be particularly helpful if you:
- Prefer to attend therapy from your own environment
- Live some distance from specialist psychological services
- Have work, caring or family commitments that make travel difficult
- Have mobility, physical health or fatigue-related difficulties
- Value the consistency and convenience of attending remotely
Online EMDR & Trauma-Focused Therapy
EMDR and trauma-focused psychological therapy can also be provided online where this is clinically appropriate.
Suitability for online EMDR is considered individually, taking account of your needs, circumstances and the therapeutic work being considered.

Is Online Therapy Right for Me?
Online therapy will not be the right option for everyone. We consider suitability individually and will discuss any practical or clinical considerations with you before beginning therapy.
You do not need to know which type of psychological therapy you need before getting in touch.
